Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data collected on ElLabo.Cloud (https://ellabo.its01.com) is:
Mateusz Gemzicki
ul. Krucza 6, 62-060 Strykowo, Polska · NIP 7773400917 · REGON 524335019

What we collect
- If you join the waitlist: your email address, the time and wording of your consent, the page you signed up on, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to stop abuse (the hash changes every day).
- When you visit: anonymous statistics — which page was viewed, which site you came from and a visitor code computed from your IP address and browser that changes every day. We do not store IP addresses and do not use cookies.
Why and on what legal basis
- Sending you the confirmation email and news about the launch of ElLabo.Cloud — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Protecting the form from abuse and counting visits — our legitimate interest in running a secure site and knowing whether it is useful (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 7 days. A confirmed address is kept until you withdraw consent or the project ends, then deleted. Visit statistics contain no personal data.
Who receives it
Your data is processed on our behalf by our hosting and database provider and our email delivery provider. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Cloudflare Turnstile, the check that tells people from bots on the signup form; Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address for this.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time — with the link in every email or by writing to the address above — without affecting processing before the withdrawal. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; in Poland it is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
Contact form
If you send an enquiry, we process the name, email address, selected topic and message you provide to reply and manage the correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), where applicable.
Your message is delivered to the controller's correspondence mailbox through the email provider; its contents are not stored in the website database. We retain correspondence while handling the matter and afterwards only as necessary for legal obligations or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. Abuse protection uses a short-lived, hashed IP identifier in server memory. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or waitlist.
Other
Giving your email is voluntary, but without it we cannot write to you. We do not make automated decisions or profile you.
